Your's Millennials, you still have to know this one thing
Millennial generation is considered as an individual generation, but as advanced as you are in digital technology, you cannot escape from this one thing:
1. Religious Norms, namely the rules originating from the creator, such as worship, worshiping parents, not eating illicit food, avoiding acts that are prohibited by religion.
2. Social Norms, are general habits that become the benchmark of behavior in a community group and certain regional boundaries. Norms will develop along with the social agreements of the people, often also called social rules. Norms regarding the behaviors that are appropriate in undergoing social interaction. The existence of norms in society is to force individuals or groups to act in accordance with established social rules. Basically, norms are arranged so that relations between humans in society can take place in an orderly manner as expected.
3. Polite Behavior, is the Norm of courtesy is a rule of life arising from the results of the group association. Courtesy norms are relative, meaning that what is considered courtesy norms vary in different places, environments, or times.
The norm of courtesy is very important to apply, especially in society, because this norm is very closely related to the community. Once there is a violation of the norms of decency, the violator will get sanctions from the community, such as ridicule. politeness is a demand in living together. There are norms that must be met in order to be socially acceptable. Sanctions for violators of the norms of decency are not strict, but can be given by the community, in the form of ridicule, reproach, insults, or ostracized and exiled from association and humiliation.
