Gedung Sate is a public building in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. It was designed in accordance with the neoclassical design designed by no-native Indonesian by Dutch architect J. Gerber to become the chair of the Department of Transportation, Public Works, and Water Management of the Dutch East Indies; this building was completed in 1920. At present, this building was made as the seat of the governor of West Java province.
The common name, Gedung sate, is a nickname that is entirely translated from Indonesian to 'Gedung sate', which is discussed in the form of the top of the central building - which facilitates the form of one of Indonesia's traditional dishes called satay.
